The Saraiki people (Punjabi: ਸਰਾਈਕੀ ਲੋਕ, سرائیکی قوم), also known as Multani people, are a subgroup of Punjabi people in southern Punjab, Pakistan. They linguistically speak the Saraiki dialect of Punjabi. The Saraiki-speaking people follow many religions, among them mostly Islam. A small minority of Seraiki follow Christianity, the Baha'i Faith, Sikhism and Hinduism. After the independence of Pakistan in 1947,〔Aslam Rasoolpuri, Siraiki Qumi Sawal http://www.scribd.com/Rasoolpuri/documents〕 some of the minority Hindus and Sikhs migrated to India. A significant number of Saraiki-speaking people also reside in Afghanistan and many also work in the Persian Gulf countries.〔 ==See also== *List of Saraiki tribes *Saraiki language *Saraiki literature *Saraiki culture *Saraiki cuisine *Saraiki diaspora *Saraikistan 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Saraiki people」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
